My first blogger post.

You might think I would be doing this in a premeditated way, posting information and commentary that would be of use & interest to some particular audience, or to humanity in general.

In fact, I've set this up as a test run to audition the blogger service for integration into my church's website. Now that I have one of my very own, though, I may later turn it into an upstanding contributor to the internet community. Somehow. Doing so would likely involve some attempt to conceal my basic unacceptableness as a human being, the inevitable future failure of which effort leads me to acknowledge it up front.
